1840s General Store, is looking to add to its baking team with an additional baker's position. With a wide variety of baked goods, experience is a must! It is an awesome opportunity for someone who is very creative and wants to manage within an environment where something new is baked everyday.

• Hands-on baking to support the General stores requirements; working closely with other bakers, kitchen staff and front of house staff
• Shifts start at 6:00 AM Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM on Sundays
• Will be trained to work all aspects of the stores needs
• A desire to be creative and to develop new products
• Works closely with the General Manager to pair products and to coordinate baking supplies orders.
• Previous experience in the industry is an absolute must or a home bakers portfolio
• This is a proof bake and scratch bake position
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• Regular, dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Could be a full time position filled by 1 candidate, or part time positions for 2 candidates
• Health and safety, and safe food handling an asset
