Your Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the heart and soul of our store. Your days will be filled with helping customers find the perfect gear for their next adventure, ringing up purchases, and ensuring our products are displayed enticingly. But that's not all – we'll rely on your adventurous spirit to contribute ideas for upcoming events and community involvement.

Qualifications:
Must be friendly and outgoing and have strong communication skills
Knowledge of the outdoors and leading brands is considered an asset
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Previous experience in a retail environment - including opening and closing
Experience with winter gear (skis, snowboards, snowshoes) and/or paddling equipment (kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoes).
Ability to share product knowledge and industry-leading advice on gear, including your own recommendations.
