Leaps & Bounds Children’s Centre is a licensed, non-profit child care centre with 3 locations in Arnprior and
Renfrew. The St Joseph’s location is based out of St Joseph’s School on John Street North. We offer
Kindergarten and School Aged Programs.

We require supply staff in all programs. Supply staff replace regular staff in the event of absences or holidays.
The rate of pay is $17.79 per hour.
These hours have the ability to qualify for $2.00/hour WEG (Wage Enhancement Grant) as well.

This posting is for an already existing position which has opened up and it requires:
Requirements:
• Experience with young children
• Current Standard First Aid / CPR C
• Current Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector
• Proof of up to date immunizations and ability to get note from a medical practitioner indicating good health
• WHMIS, AODA, CCEYA certificates (we can help a successful candidate secure these certificates)
Recommended:
• Knowledge of CCEYA and HDLH
Considered an Asset:
• Experience with children in a licensed childcare centre
• Experience with children with special needs
• Child centered educational background (RECE, DSW, etc)
